1. Introduction and Acceptance

By accessing and using PlugDrive.app, users agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this document. If users do not agree, they should refrain from using the platform.

2. Platform Access and Usage
  • Eligibility: Only users of legal age and capacity can register and use PlugDrive’s services.
  • Account Responsibility: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities conducted under their account.

3. Services Provided

PlugDrive provides access to EV charging locations, session management, and transaction processing, aiming to facilitate a convenient EV charging experience. PlugDrive does not guarantee continuous service availability and may suspend access for maintenance or unforeseen circumstances.


4. User Obligations
  • Compliance with Laws: Users agree to use the platform lawfully and in accordance with local regulations governing EV charging and data use.
  • Accurate Information: Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account and using the platform.

5. Payments and Fees

PlugDrive charges fees for EV charging sessions based on usage rates outlined in the app. Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. PlugDrive is not responsible for delays or issues with third-party payment processors.


6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the platform, including trademarks, service marks, and other intellectual property rights, are retained by PlugDrive. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use the platform for personal use, subject to these terms.


7. Limitation of Liability

PlugDrive is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from platform use, service interruptions, or user negligence. In no event will PlugDrive’s liability exceed the total amount paid by the user to PlugDrive in the 12 months preceding the event.


8. Modification and Termination

PlugDrive reserves the right to modify these terms or terminate user access to the platform at any time. Continued use of the platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.


9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through arbitration, with Ghanaian laws governing the agreement.
